Flight Training Services

Our flight training services are developed, organized, and run by flight training professionals with years of flight training experience.  We tailor each training program to the individual’s goals and expectations. Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in Part 121, 135, 141, and 91 flight training programs, program development, flight standards, and career development.

As a premier provider, our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.  We also limit the number of pilots on any given aircraft along with a block time ceiling per aircraft.  This means that each aircraft is operated by a limited number of operators and for a limited number of hours.  Your aircraft will not be flying 70-hour weeks by who-knows-who.  This is in stark contrast to flight school aircraft or one-off rental aircraft.

If you are looking for an instructor, below is a listing of preferred instructors, along with their contact information, that have been determined to have strong proven teaching backgrounds.  All of the instructors listed on our preferred list have been vetted and approved by Justin Ash, our President of Flight Operations, Chief Flight Instructor, and Airline Transport Flight Instructor.

D&J Aviation is an aircraft block time and hourly leasing company; thus, we do not employ or provide instructors directly.  This allows our customers the flexibility to choose any instructor that is right for them.

Please note that as a lessee of our aircraft, you are free to choose any CFI you wish. The instructor you choose will be required to have a checkout flight with our Chief Flight Instructor.
